利用規約

本サービス「NameSong Studio」（以下「本ツール」）は、運営者が制作したオリジナル楽曲・映像作品を、運営者自身のTikTokアカウントへ投稿するための個人用ツールです。

1. 提供範囲: 本ツールは運営者本人のみが利用する内部ツールであり、第三者へのサービス提供・アカウント連携の受付は行いません。
2. 料金: 本ツールは無償で運用され、第三者との間にいかなる契約関係も生じさせません。
3. 知的財産: 本ツールが投稿するコンテンツは、運営者が正当な権利を有する自主制作物のみです。
4. 免責: 本ツールの利用により第三者に損害が生じることは想定されませんが、万一の場合も運営者は故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。
5. 規約の変更: 本規約は必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定後の規約は本ページに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。
6. 準拠法: 本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Terms of Service (English)

"NameSong Studio" is a private, personal tool used by its operator to post the operator's own original music videos to the operator's own TikTok account. It is not offered to any third party, is free of charge, and creates no contractual relationship with anyone other than the operator. All content posted through this tool is original work to which the operator holds the rights. This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan.
